Girassol




O chocolate em geral é uma mistura de cacau em pó, manteiga de cacau e açúcar.

Na produção industrial de chocolate temos diversas variações.
 
A lecitina e óleos encontrados em grande parte é a de Soja, um transgênico.

O óleo e lecitina de Girassol serve como alternativa íntegra para a produção de chocolates e disponível em marcas específicas.
